The Kent and Medway Safeguarding Adults Board appreciates that many organisations have their own competency frameworks such as the Adult Safeguarding: Roles and Competencies for Health Care Staff. However, to support agencies that do not have their own framework, the Board has developed a KMSAB competence framework which can be used, and adapted, by organisations. It sets out minimum training requirements along with education and training principles. Local account for adult social care Need help in a mental health crisis?
